1. About this policy

This policy describes how ParadiseAI ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you visit paradiseai.ai, contact us, or use the AI agents we build and operate for our clients. It is intended to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Who we are and how to contact us

ParadiseAI is an Australian business that builds custom AI agents for sales, marketing, and customer engagement. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@paradiseai.ai.

3. The information we collect

We may collect personal information in the following ways.

Directly from you. When you submit a form, book a demo, email us, call us, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message or conversation.

Automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, through standard web logs and analytics tools.

While operating AI agents for our clients. Conversations between our clients' contacts and the AI agents we run on their behalf pass through our infrastructure and may include phone numbers, names, message content, voice recordings, transcripts, and related metadata. The client remains responsible for that information. See section 8.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, operate and improve our website and services, send transactional and service communications, send marketing where permitted, detect and prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We may share personal information with service providers who help us operate our business, including providers of CRM, messaging, telephony, hosting, scheduling, and AI platforms. We may also disclose information to our clients where we are operating an AI agent on their behalf, to professional advisors under confidentiality, and to authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Cross-border disclosure

Some of our service providers are located outside Australia. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in jurisdictions outside Australia, including the United States and the European Union.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to measure aggregate visitor behaviour such as pages viewed, traffic sources, and time on site. This data is used to improve the website and our marketing and does not identify individual visitors.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings or install browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on to prevent analytics tracking. Some features of the site may not function correctly with cookies disabled.

8. Marketing communications

Where you have opted in, or where otherwise permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we may send marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by replying STOP to a marketing SMS.

9. AI agents and client information

When we build and operate an AI agent for a client, the client's contacts and conversation data are handled under the agreement we have with that client. The client is responsible for the personal information of its contacts. If you have interacted with one of our AI agents and want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact the business that engaged the agent.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

12. Your privacy rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information, request deletion subject to our legal obligations, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email info@paradiseai.ai.

13. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with this policy or the Australian Privacy Principles, please email info@paradiseai.ai.
